The location was great. The room layout was nicely done with the desk/microwave & coffee alcove. The beds were very comfortable. There was a phone be each elevator on every floor.

It was one night stay. We came late eve and leaved early morning. The hotel is very clean - indeed the first thing you expect and notice. Personnel at reception desk is smily and polite - not much they can do else. Breakfast was for additional charge $5. Typical continental and could be included in price. Area seems to be mixed commercial/residential in park like setting (apparently with golf course nearby). We did not have time to explore it. We dined at tavern next to Cheat Lake and 4-5 min drive from hotel. Looked like nice place during warmer time for outside seating. Hotel is close to major roads. We wanted to see Cooper's Rocks and it took us 15 min to get there.

Your team was exceptional- helpful- professional- personable- GREAT customer service- easy to check in etc- When we travel back and forth from Canada we will be stopping in again- We left super early in the morning and missed breakfast- We will be back- highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was extremely clean - it may have been new it was so clean. The bed was *incredibly* comfortable. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a better than the standard American hotel liquid eggs and jimmy dean sausage patties... There was a fun bar/casino/arcade 20 feet from the front door, which is super convenient for a road trip!

Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast was yummy!! For 5 bucks you cannot beat it! The restaurant across the parking lot(not affiliated I believe) was a fun find and delicious.... My husband always complains about hotels. He had not ONE. Our daughter will be a freshman at WVU and this will be our go to hotel! Quiet and well appointed.

It was a nice big room and pet friendly which is hard to find. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was big and comfy and the heater worked great!

one of the nicest, cleanest, hotels I’ve ever stayed in. the actual owner was working the desk and making breakfast. Goes to show how dedicated he is to his business and super friendly as well! The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I’ve ever had with plenty of options and home cooked food. For only $5 a person you can’t beat it! The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. All the little details that went into this place was absolutely amazing, even down to the provided shampoo, body wash, etc. smelled like fruit loops. Overall such an amazing experience and will definitely be staying here more often!!

Rooms were very nice, beds really comfortable, the entire property was clean. All the staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was worth the small fee. Housekeeping staff was efficient and friendly. Overall a great place to stay!!

This place was fantastic, and I'd gladly stay here again. What a sweet gem of a hotel. Great breakfast, proximity to a fun little tiki bar, nicely located and recently refurbished rooms. This was a nice find.
